On visit to store asked to have loaf sliced at bakery
Very bad sevice.no gloves when handling the loaf
.When arriving at checkout the colleague advised me that the product was not up to standard which I agreed. I didnot buy the loaf .I left the store not very happy with the bakery department but the checkout colleague was excellent .I have spoken to the GSM about this problem and I hope on my next visit to the store this hygiene problem will have been addressed
visited the opticians at cribbs bristol for new pair of glasses today,staff were very good,came away feeling very pleased with the service and price.
As a disabled shopper having Asda staff being so helpfull it makes shopping there at Colchester well worth the visit as allways a scooter there for my needs as try to keep independent a do all my own shopping ,the staff will allways come to my car and unload the scooter and put into my car for me as I have M.S. and am relient on a wheelchair for my every day mobility thank you Colchester Asda’s
Always find staff very courteous and helpful. If we have to wait at till staff always apologise and say “thank you for waiting and sorry for the delay” If we cannot find a product staff very informative and show/tell which aisle to find it. Most important prices are always competetive and cheaper than other well known supermarkets
24/10/12, visit Atlantic Village Bideford. First stop Asda for a breakfast.
Into the village, made one purchase.
Back to shop at Asda;looked at quite a few ideas for Christmas gifts, including a TV, will bear them in mind for next visit.
Bought usual things for the week ahead, enjoyed our shop, Asda made a change for us, a little further away from our home.
Back to the car and a parking ticket for £70 (or £40 for prompt payment )

I am fed up with visiting store number 4964 and never finding my favourite bottled beer always out of stock. No I find, on my purchase of four bottles of Marstons priced at four bottles for £5.I was charged
the full price of four @ £1.80p per bottle.
