To enter the Kroger Feedback Survey online visit the website at https://www.krogerfeedback.com. Customers will need to have a receipt to fill in the time, date and survey ID entry code or can navigate to the Sweepstake Rules link and enter by mail.   1. Kroger employees have always been very nice to me. NEVER rude. There was one customer in front of me. The checkout gal was very pleasant to her and took just the right amount of time to be friendly. I was next, and told the clerk that I didn’t need a bag. I had only purchased three things. When I gave her my money I quickly said that I didn’t have any change. She said, “no problem”. I was out of there in a very short time. When she gave me the Kr0gerfeedback.com slip I promised her that I would respond. As I recall, I think that there was a checkout clerk at every checkout register. Very busy!

I shopped at the Kroger at 4115 Columbia Rd Martinez Ga about every day ,but for the last few day it been a real pleasure to have such great customer service help from a I guess new employer there .Mr John Dunn I must say went over and beyond him self to help in any question I ask of him about the gas points ,maybe he been their longer than I thought cause he really no his Job ..Keep up the good work Mr Dunn we need more people like you to make us as customer feel welcome shopping at Kroger…….

  3. Waiting while my wife used the ‘facilities’, I asked a lady, Sylvia to pls ck on her as it had been some twenty minutes. Sylvia went right away, returned adzzg she was OK. After another 10-12 minutes she went again to ck
    on her, again adzg she was OK. The concern Sylvia showed, I think is exemplary, and I wanted Kroger to know.
