  1. Grace at Bromsgrove was very helpful, cheerful and a delight to be served by.
I only wish that all staff were the same, but then they do have to put up with some awkward and rude costermers at times.

  2. Lancaster Branch has come a long way, but most of all is its staff, they are helpful and allways welcoming and most of all nothing is too much trouble. 1 lady who stands out in particular is Lesley. Its the rock behind Lancasters shopping centre.

  3. i visted boots in sprucefield northern ireland roisin serviced me a very friendly lady .roisin tried different products on me from no7 counter looked fab so i bought everything, well done roisin.

  4. I went to my local boots feeling unwell and was helped out with my problem by Shelley who was very kind and helpful and could not do enough to
    help and reasure me.

  5. Visited the Boots store in Heywood Lancashire I had arranged so I thought for my Repeat prescription to be collected and dispensed by them. I had not understood the procedure, and Cheryl took the time to explain to me how it all works, ensuring that I did fully understand, so I would not be disappointed again. A young girl was near me and when she was called to collect her goods, she did not even give any thanks, WHY it costs nothing at all to be polite does it?

  6. Boots at Avonmeads in Bristol, always helpful and cheery. Makes “blokes shopping” so much easier. Cheers

  7. Wonderful pharmacist in Boots store Swanage plus the rest of the staff are all eager to please even when overworked with impatient holiday makers

  8. The staff at my local Boots are great but I was a bit frustrated with the form. My visit had two elements that would probably have resulted in different questions – I could not register both. My visit was unusual because I wanted multiple prescriptions and to stock up on other items because I was going away for three months – nowhere to note this and it did reflect on the efficiency of the pharmacy as I required more goods than were in stock. Finally my GP surgery had not sent the prescription when it should have been sent so I had to return to the shop to get my medicines – nowhere to mitigate the delay. Hope you can revise the questionnaire for future surveys. :-) Also I did have some difficulty wading through the wrong sites on the Google search to get to this site…
