Linda on the No.7 counter at Boots in Stockport was very helpful in finding what I wanted, and making helpful suggestions, in a most pleasant and friendly way. It makes such a difference at this time of year to find people who have time for you.
Jess at Nuneaton was very helpful and friendly. Infact every time I use the store, the staff are always happy to help in any way. The store is always clean and tidy, and they always have good offers on every time i go in. Never had a bad word to say about the store.
As a visitor to the boots store in Bathgate West Lothian I was served by a dispenser names Alison. Never in my life have I been served by a staff member who promotes her company so well, She not only made sure we had the medicines we needed but went that extra mile and told us about the other free services boots pharmacy offer. Free prescription re ordering, minor ailments that we would qualify to use and the new chronic medication service due to roll out with the electronic prescription service. All of which are available at any local boots pharmacy
In my opinion she would make a great ambassador for the boots company. When we move permanently down to this area we will always use this boots store and we will always hope to be served by her.
Being a 40 plus male you need all the help you can get and you can allways get it at boots with a smile and a helpfull hint and a point in the rite direction thanks boots
