I always love your food especially the brocalli soup. this time though, I tried the tomato soup . That wass good but not as good as the brocalli.
I was just in the Topeka Kansas store, the manager took my order of Pick Two, Baked Potato Soup and Steak Sal., Bottled Water, nd Easter Egg Cookie. I got home and I had eveything except the water. That is really poor on a manager not filling the order properly, and how could he ever get onto one of his employee’s doing the same thing. Now I have to drive 2miles to get the water that the manager forgot to get me my water.
Every Sunday morning I always get power breakfast at Panera and Heather was the one making it for me and across the counter she would asked me how I’m doing and we would chat as she makes my power breakfast.
She is always polite and very friendly.
Great Strawberry Shakes!! Just what we needed for a light lunch!! Had them for the first time but we will do that again in the good weather.

We visited your store # 4012 in Plainfield Last week and this was our first time . There was 5 of us and some of the items we asked for were not right on the sandwiches, asked for No lettuce and they put in on the Tuna Classic Sandwich because VERY LITTLE Tuna, and very small piece of bread. The Broccoli Cheddar soup was good ButVery Salty, WHY?
We sure hope you can fix these!!

We visit Panera bread frequently About 6 times a week. We have one awards card currently in use on our car keys and it is my wife Molly. We know many of the people working there and feel at home. If my wife is ill I often bring the lunch home. We always stop after church and often see other friends from church. We are traveling this week and usually eat at a Panera’s .
i really enjoy panera dowtown the employees are always friendly and always greet u with a smile. Alway apt to help and make suggestion. Wish more business has such good staff. Its really hard to fine good customer service these day. Wish i could clone some not some all the workers and spread them around to show what good customer service is really about.Good job and keep up the good work. The managers must be proud to have such a good staff
