  1. My salad was horrible. The avocado was brown. Table was dirty and no one came to clean first bad experience at panera. Very disappointed. Cafe 0876.

  2. I’m a regular customer at Brentwood Panera on Old Hickory Pike in Brentwood, Tn. The customer service is second to none and the food is just like I want. As in every business, the vision is embodied in reality by the attitudes and actions of the Management there and their expectations of the employees, and not just by statements on a piece of paper. Do as I do not as I say is true whether we say it or not. Actions speak louder than words as we say.

  3. Had the apple chees Babka for the first & last time. It was all apple & dough. I think I got 2 tastes of cheese in my whole slice. You guys need to figure out how to get equal amounts of apple & cheese in the whole slice. When you do that I’ll try it again. Plus side my coffee was great as usual!!
