Panera is great food! I try to get their every chance I go out for dinner. My favorite thing is their tomato soup,Yum! I have tried multiple items on their menu,and I have not been disappointed yet.
My wife & I stopped at your resturant # Cafe 3504 on Sunday, 03-03-2013 @ 6:19 P.M. I had a bacon turkey sandwich which had only a half piece of bacon on it. My wife had a 1/2 Tuna classic. The sandwiches hardly had any meat on them at all. We were very disappointed. I don’t get out much due to my health. I am 70 years old and really looked forward to my meal. Sincerely, Dissappointed customer.
I would like to see real Italian dressings , I do eat Yuppy food. Just a word to the Wise…

Nataline for cashier & she was TERRIFIC. Go to Panera as often as possible LOVE the onion soup
Had my lunch panera in oxnard Ca was helped by Edgar was so polite and helpful ..Jake made my order and everything was right on piont as I left was asked to vist again by Judith and Darren with smiles

My favorite place to go is Panera’s. My friends and family know this and always purchases me gift cards from Panera’s. I was visiting Panera;s yesterday for an early lunch with a dear friend. When her soup arrived, she had two dark long hairs in her french onion soup. I felt so bad for her as this was her first experience visitng Panera’s with me. She took it back and they gave her another soup, not even appologising to her or thought any thing of this issue. I thought they should have at least gave her a gift card to come back as this was their mistake. Am I wrong?
