Your shop on Cantrell in Little Rock, AR is too congested. There is a table of breads as I tried to enter the order line. Pushing on my other side were people trying to get their coffee. I had rolls that were very good but the coffee ran out and again the crowding is unpleasant.
I was at Cafe 2712 and had Asia wait on me. She was very friendly and gave wonderful service. That is
why I keep going back to that store

I am a mobile Notary Signing Agent and Panera Bread is one of my favorite places when I have to stop for my breaks to get a cup of their excellent coffee or enjoy their succulent meals. Panera is a pleasant and friendly environment and the customer service is amazing, the staff at the Buffalo and Holcombe location in Houston is great I appreciate them all! Giovanna Brewer and Ryan among the rest of the team are always courteous and go beyond to make sure you get a good service. I am now a regular at PBread. Thanks again and again!
On August 19th I went to my favorite Panera joint in Beaverton, OR to have my usual. After placing my order, I soon discovered from Chelsea that my debit card was being declined. Oh Poops! I said, now I have to cancel. However, Nick, the on site manager for that day came to my rescue and let me have my meal for free since he knew me as a regular customer. He paid for my meal and I was very grateful. Customer service at its very best! May the Panera powers please recognize Nick and Chelsea for their kindness. Panera is awesome with great food and great people! Thanks a bunch!
I can always count on Panera to be a relaxing,comfortable place to eat and the service and the food are always great!
I went to Panera to pick up a to go order. My Husband was not feeling well and he loves their Chicken Noodle Soup. Everything was great. Michael A. was the cashier. He also took my order on the phone. Michael was very polite and mentioned that I had a free pastry the next time I was there.
I have never found their decaf coffee to be gone. One time I had to ask for some creamer.
The Restaurant is always very clean and the tables are kept free of plates, napkins etc.
