  2. I have been a customer at the Mt. Olive NJ Cafe 1485 since it opened. Over the years I have gotten to know many of your staff all of who were very efficient and courteous.
    If you have an Award for employee of the month I nominate your Supervisor Elsa, who greets you with a smile and an attitude that shows shes cares and truly wants them to be welcomed and satisfied. She exhibits a positive attude and encourages co workers to do their best.
    During the course of my day I will go out of my way to travel to the Mt. Olive Cafe to experience the excellence service and food.
    You should be be proud to have an employee like Elsa represent your company.

  4. We visited Store 1604 for the second time as we live out of the area. The broccoli cheese soup was very good. However, the asiago beef sandwich was disgusting. I do not appreciate blood dripping out of a sandwhich. Why do beef sandwiches have to be half raw. Some people do not care for rare beef. Will not order that sandwich again. Also, the pastries are not good enough quality. The rolls are mushy like grocery store quality and the cookies are dry.

  5. I really love and enjoy Panera’s bread. It’s always very tasteful and fresh, but this is not regarding its quality yet it’s regarding the people who sell it. I had a really awful experience the last time I went to Panera bread in East Palmdale in California. I had been rewarded a years worth of free bread (one loaf a month) for exhibiting hard work and dedication at my job at Target. And I always go to Panera bread for my loaf (I had been getting the loaf of French bread). I have never encountered a problem for the months I have claimed my bread in the past months, but on Aug. 18th, 2012, the cashier had the nastiest attitude and did not want to give me the bread. She had claimed that her co-workers have been giving me the wrong bread this entire time, and that she was not going to honor it. So she called her manager and they looked at me with degrading eyes and ended up giving it to me. It’s not like I only go for my free bread, I am a loyal customer and I get my bread and other pastries there as well. Is it my fault that my company rewarded me such a gift for these people at Panera bread to treat me so bad? I had such an awful experience that I probably won’t ever go back to even claim my free gift. I have many friends that work in that area and it would be such a shame to tell them the bad experience I had there, Panera bread would end up losing business in that area. Something needs to be done about customer service and the way your employees treat customers… Not only will I be sending this e-mail to you via website but I will be sending it to Corporate Head Quarters as well.

  6. We always enjoy a break durring the day a couple times a week at panera. Your help is always very friendly and your baked goods always tasty and fresh. Today for some reason the coffee was only luke warm and not nice and hot like it usually is.

  7. Been goIng to Panera for 11 years now and have always been treated with great customer service and great meals. Every once in a while they will not have fresh coffee or no coffee at all but over all great experience. Been going to the same Panera (3076) for 5 years now but I visit all the Paneras in town at some point and time. The crew at the 3076 store is very good and always smile and greet me by name. Thank you Panera. Scott

  8. I visit your Cafe 0689 almost everyday for breakfast. The bagels and breakfast rolls cannot be equaled by other bakeries; also I order the dark-roast coffee which is always excellent. The staff at the restaurant is very helpful and attentive to my wishes. Please keep up the outstanding quality you have established.
