The cashier was very helpful and pleasant at #0764. This is the second visit I have been shorted on my to go order. Last week it was the bread bowl this week it was the baguette. I called both times and notified the managers.

Well this is not a good comment. I am not one who goes put all the time but when I do my first choice has been panera but more. I was shocked to see how much less food there was and my favorite soup lemon chicken orzo uwhich really complements the Greek salad was off the menu. My husband and I will now frequent Olive Garden for a much better deal

Visit store 1023 often. The staff is always pleasant and the food is good. I highly recommend them.
I remain very disappointed that Panera does not make a 100% whole grain bread, such as your “whole grain” miche. By the way, I had to go to the internet to read the ingredients because the information was not available in the store. In fact I looked it up because when I asked a clerk if the whole grain was 100% she gave me an uncertain yes and I didn’t believe her.
every morning 6 days a week a group of six go to panera 2816 for breakfast. at 6am. August is hot in ok. It has been all summer. The air condition is so cold that we have to wear sweaters and the men in shorts are freezing. Either the manager has a problen or the thermastat needs attention. We all have mentioned it to her and nothing seems to get done.. Do we need to go to starbucks on the same lot or chose another Panera or can you get something changed. Thanks We love Panera but not frozen. Maggi3
