Visited M & S at Chichester today and found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
The till “screwed up” the first receipt but someone soon came to sort it out and issued a reprint.

Store and service generally are good. Cafe service is pathetically slow.At 10.30am I queued for over 20 minutes to buy 2 cups of coffee.
