I was at the Chapel Hill home depot in Akron, Oh. to pick up block for my retaining wall this is our 5th trip and it was a great trip again. A young man short buzz cut, named John helped me and was very polite and made my shopping time at Home Depot enjoyable. Thank you John! Anytime I shop at home depot and get good service I do a survey.

My next visit for block again was to pick up 100 more block (total so far 600 ) Nate rang me out and was very nice and personable, good customer service I appreciate that when I shop. Ramone loaded some of the block realized it was a big order asked Evan to help and use tow motor. Evan was very nice and his helpfulness very much appreciated.Ramone went above and beyond to give good /excellent customer service, I really appreciate that because of all the money I spent so far at Home Depot.Thank you to Shane, Joel, Ramone, Evan and Nate.
