  1. Having recently rented a car with pickup and drop off at the Silver Legacy in Reno, Nevada, I wish to compliment Hertz on the excellent customer service I received. Dawn and Brian were very helpful and courteous should be commended for their diligence. Only wish every company had such outstanding reps serving the public. Thank you.

  2. I really loved the extra care Hertz gives by driving us to our airport terminal after turning in the car. Luis (driver) was wonderful and thoughtful to us.
    Flying from Orlando to Providence, with door to door service took the stress and burden off of us.
    Great addition to Hertz making sure of our trip is safe and comfortable.

  4. We rented a Hertz car at Greenville SC airport and went to NC Banner Elk. On October 30th 2012 in an early winter blizzard due to Sandy, our Toyota Corolla’s brakes froze up in the mountains. AAA would not help, but an angel at Hertz (we called the number on the keychain) did. I dont know her name, but I want to publicly thank her and Hertz for EXCELLENT customer service. She diligently made arrangements-and paid- for a local tow truck to come to our rescue and in record time!!! We would have missed our plane back to Florida next morning. Locals told us we would be stuck at least 1 day, but this Hertz angel was- what can I say- I wish I would remember her name to personally thank her. Thank you, thank you , thank you. You got our business from now on.

  5. We have rent a van for hertz .in Melbourne fl by gator the service was excellent .now we will never rent for anybody. Thank so much for taking time helping us. We take the to vacation so nice in the van

  6. This was the worse experience of my life with Hertz. I paid for my car in advance and had a pick up for 11 PM, I did not recieve my care till 1:30 AM and they took my car out of maintance. The car stauled at every light, when I called to get another car, I was told I would have to drive an hour to pick up another car (wasting my vacation). When I dropped the car off at FLL airport, the girl who took the car infor was rude and would not even look at my paperwork to show that I was suppose to bring the car back emply. She told me there was nothing she could do and charged me over $9.00 a gal. to refuel the car. I will never rent from Hertz again.
