Everytime I shop there I am over-charged. I stopped shopping there 5 years ago for that reason. Thursday I thought I would give them another try. This time I was over charged by $30.00. I was the one who caught the mistake, not the employee! Not only do I get over charged, getting my money back takes an act of Congress! This is Saturday, and still no refund on my debit card. I am done. No more Albertson’s for me! They have a policy that if you find an error, you get the product for free. They don’t adhere to their policy, I can’t even get what they actually owe me. Never again!!
The bakery I cannot resist as there always is a great assortment of breads,breakfast items ,and desserts.I also love the delicateson and alot of choices for salads ,lunch meats and hot chicken.I can always depend on getting great check outs and the US bank that is there for me saves me alot of time,
The Albertsons on Rosedale Hwy Bakersfield,Ca Is a realy nice store its very clean and organized! I can find just what i kneed! If i kneed any help or have any questions the people who work there are willing to help! The people who work At this Albertsons are very friendly! Love the weekly sales! I Shop At the Rosedale Hwy store alot! Its close to were live! Keep up the good work Rosedale Hwy store!

Not happy with small print price labels. Sale price shown is not the actual cost unless you buy large quantity. Confusing and misleading.
I like your store
I haven’t been in your store in a while. Went in to browse, competitive pricing and the product looked so fresh and delicious. Clean store, uncluttered aisles, and very friendly checkers. A young lady stacking produce noticed I had my arms full, offered to get me a cart and went outside to get it for me. Now that’s what I call service! I’m switching stores to shop at yours. Great JOB!
I forgot my coupon for 1 3.99 lobster special and the meat department went out of their way to find one for me so i could save 2.00 per lobster tail.
I wound up buying 16 in 2 transactions.
