Section for going the extra mile. A week ago we asked for Larry’s Frozen Baked Potatoes of which none were in stock. He followed up and finally received a shipment. He notified us that they were now in stock.
We thank him for his effort.

Ricky in the north redondo beach store had an very rude customer ahead of me and he responded in the most polite way I have ever seen a point of sale employee respond and when the woman walked off in a huff while he was still speaking he didn’t say one bad thing about her unlike other employees I have seen at other times and he maintained his positive attitude with me and made my day. Usually the cashier will talk to the next customer in line or the bagger in a derogatory way about the previous customer but his sunny attitude was contagious.
