My laptop was hacked from off shore and I could not access my e-mail account.I contacted what I thought was yahoo.It wasn’t.They quoted $500 to fix 2 laptops over the internet.After demanding my credit card I hung up.I went to the Microsoft store @ Mission Viejo Mall.Adam Duffy told me they would would check it out and they fixed for no cost.This is a wonderful place and the service was excellant.I am moving to San Antonio,Tx.I was told that you have a store there.Thank the Lord.
    I have since returned to have you check out my 2nd laptop.I met Antonia,she helped me set up a new ID & password for my yahoo e-mail.She was very helpful and knew just what to do.She not only was very professional,cheerful,happy but also nice to looking.
    You have a customer for life.When I need a new computer I will purchase it from Microsoft.Thank you for making it so easy and affordable.I will recommend your stores to everyone I know.Your service is beyond compare.Thank you again.

  2. I walked into your fashion valley store in San Diego at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, with a problem with my laptop. I was helped by Darasavanh, Ryan and Javier at the back bar. They worked with my computer well past closing time and were so helpful and friendly. Thank you for having such helpful personnel. I could not have been more pleased with their customer service. Thank you!

  3. My mac book pro had just died and I was tired of working with Macs and the Apple Store. My boyfriend and I went to the Microsoft Store located in the Prudential Center Downtown Boston and met Neil. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the surface pro and made it very easy for me to make up my mind that this was the computer for me. On top of that, the staff was so friendly and they all seemed to work well together.

    My boyfriend and I left with a great new computer and a smile on our face. They made computer shopping for us painless and very enjoyable experience. Thanks guys and thank you Neil!

  5. Visit on June 6, 2013 at the Microsoft store at Perimeter Center Mall in Atlanta Georgia.
    I appreciate very much the help and service that ken and Mike gave me at the store above. Specially Ken explained and taught me many of the good features that the Surface XT and windows 8 Pro have. Because them I now appreciate the many benefits that these new tables have. I congratulate Microsoft for having so knowledgeable and nice Business Solutions Specialists.

  6. I wish to deeply apologize to sales rep Rakesh at your Beachwood, OH store…Management should have known much sooner than this as to what a valuable customer service representative he is. My husband and I could not be more pleased with his professional display of knowledge, courtesy, and a love for the product he is selling that inspires one to want to get to know the product better. I am extremely pleased with my Surface Pro system package! My husband plans to meet with Rakesh in the near future to discuss a purchase for himself. Much thanks to MicroSoft for opening this store in our area, And for hiring Rakesh!!

  7. I went to the stroe where I got my last lap top December 2012, 520 N Michigan Ave Chicago, Il. I had a problem with Office and was expecting the usual from a store: catn fix it, don’t know, please pay this, wait for that etc. Keep in mind I did not have my reciept with me!
    I was approached and helped by a wonderful, amazing and capable person, KARENA. She was amazing! Fixed my problem in no time in the most pleasant manner, relaxed and yet professional! Just the kind of people that non-geeks like me are looking for in a computer strore. Thanks a millino KARENA.

  8. I needed help trying to get my new Window’s phone to sync with my old version of Outlook. Antonio and James worked on my computer for 2 days and finally got it working. The expensive alternative would have been to sell me a new version of Outlook, instead these 2 very bright guys worked real hard and saved me some money. Good guys and an excellent overall store staff helping everyone. Great attitudes!

I went to Microsoft store at Stanford Palo Alto due to the problem of my desktop that the screen does not come out, the staff there are very helpful and assisted me immediately, Brandon, who was one of the staff th made sure that my desk is working well where he checked and even assisted us how to transfer data to a stick, we had a good experience at microsoft.

  10. I brought my Surface Pro 128 into the Freehold NJ store to be updated with Windows 8.1 OS. After the update I could not access my Marketsmith program, both Eric and Joe the store manager were very attentive and able to resolve the problem. The following day I brought my Surface Pro back to the Freehold store as it would not load the App Store, Skype or do windows updates. Eric promised my computer will be a top priority and he had all issues resolved with an hour. Eric and Joe thank you so much. Thank you Microsoft for having a polite, attentive and well trained staff.
