  1. I went in the store for a return and ended up upgrading and purchased 3 items. She was knowledgeable of the product and very pleasant during the entire transaction.

  2. Michael Merrick at the Madison East Best Buy went above and beyond all expectations. It was my boyfriends first time in the store and he was very pleased. Make sure that he is recognized for all that he did for us. It was on the evening of December 15 2014. Best Buy should continue hiring more employees like him. Thank you Frank and Mary.

  3. I bought a small compact Frigidaire. It was the second time I had been to Best Buy and had looked at the refrigerators on an earlier trip. I had made up my mind that I was going to buy the fridge, so it was a quick sale. I looked for the same salesman who had helped me when I was shopping the first time so he would get my purchase on his credit. He was very good about answering my questions about shipping. However, even before I was finished buying the fridge, he was already looking at another customer, and rushed to help him, leaving me high and dry. I felt he should at least have made sure our transaction had been completed.

  4. I want to personally acknowledge the excellent assistance I recently received from Geek Squad associates Debbie and Peggy. With a recent purchase of a new laptop, subsequent Windows 10 upgrade and then breaking my Galaxy S3 my interactions with the Squad have been numerous. I was remiss in not realizing the most recent follow up survey I received was for the call into Geek Squad for clearing up my replacement phone process so my online responses were somewhat average. This comment is to correct that!
    Debbie spent an inordinate amount of time organizing, coordinating and explaining the multi-step process I would have to go through to return an incorrect replacement, get credit for a duplicate payment made and also getting the account updated to my my name. At one time we were disconnected and she even took the initiative to call be back, preventing me from having to go through another extended wait and multiple audio response prompts! Her professionalism, compassion, knowledge and patience were astounding and turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one.
    Today Peggy continued this level of service by completing the request for my refund, confirming the status of my multiple case IDs and professionally seeing my call to the end. (Cases xx8302; xx9462; xx129; xx466)
    The purchase of Geek Squad technical support for both my laptop and phone have been one of the smartest and most practical expenses I’ve ever done. Kudos to the whole staff, but especially to Debbie and Peggy, they rock!
