I recently went to Wendy’s and bought a grill chicken sandwich and asked them to replace mayo for mustard they said ok, Order was taken outside. I took the order to my place of work and notice it the did not replace the mayo for mustard. They did not do what I asked and my sandwich is not what I paid for..
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with mustard and I did not get what I paid for. They did not follow instructions. I chose mustard. Did not get it.
wendys is agood place to eat i will always eat at wendys i also bring my family to eat at wendys keep up thy good job wendys.
Stop by Wendy’s in Jeffersonsville Ohio today. Staff seemed easily confused change was wrong, small items not large, ordered a combo only got burger. Was strangest Wendy’s visit ever. Wendy’s customer from Buffalo Ny.

Last month I was at Wendy’s and they forgot the barbecue sauce I ordered which wasn’t a big problem, I went this evening and they forgot the large chili that I payed for and it was a good thing I checked the bag before I left,however when I got home the small fries I ordered and payed for where missing. I don’t live close to go back and the # on the receipt was busy every time I called.What is going on with Wendy’s? You should not have to check your bag every time you go there,which will be a long time before I go to Wendy’s and if I ever go back!!!!!

I just left Wendy’s In Fresno, California…… I ordered the Portabella Melt at 12:43, No more than 2 Minutes Passed and my order was already up. Now in your Commercials you say Not Cooked Till You Order it. My Burger was Very Very Dry, The Cheese Sauce looked like it was old.Very Salty.Your Standers have slipped and Quality Of Food Is Under Par…. I Will Not Be Going Back To Wendy’s and Will be telling All my friends
