  1. Panera has become my addiction. I go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever I can.
Love the food and the ambiance. You are wonderful!

  2. This is my second time in a while to Panera. It just seems to me that the coffee is getting weaker and the prices higher. Also, for $11 and some change, I had the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. I wasn’t impressed. It was tasty but skimpy on chicken.

THe soup keeps me coming, though you never have had the butternut squash soup revisited, but the other items, well, they are good but not as good as I remember. You used to have real value and top quality. But the bagels, I call them bagelnuts, are too sweet. I’d like to see more fruit, nuts, and veggies in all your products. When you do serve a chicken sandwich, give me something more than a piece so small that it looks like a scrap I’d throw to my dog.
Your staff overall, especially in St. Petersburg on 66th St. N, are outstanding. But they can’t do anything about the weak coffee and overpriced food. It’s not overly overpriced but I’m seeing a slow decline in quantity verses price.

A loyal fan since the first store opened in Orlando,

  3. My husband and I stopped in your Triadelphia Wv. StoreOn Saturday 7/21 for a quick lunch . Having ordering u pick 2. Waited for our food when we sat down to eat our food I found out my spoon was dirty I went up to the counter to get a clean one, as I started back I noticed it also was dirty , letting the girl know this one was dirty also , I got a clean one and went to sit down .At that time my husband had started eating him food , half way through his meal and I’m just starting. Went to eat my (str pop chin ) salad I noticed my fork was dirty. After asking to talk to the manager ,she got me new silverware . While waiting for my clean silverware, not able to eat for a while, I looked down and seen my dish dirty. What is it !!!! Told the manager about it and Waite for a new salad. All in all we did not leave your store for over a hour. What aquick lunch. We really like Panera bread and would like you to address this problem.

  4. I visited the new location in Germantown, Maryland and it was an excellent experience. The counter people were very attentive and made suggestions on how I like my sandwhich. also a very pleasant attitude. They were always making sure the seating as clean and plates removed. Will go this weekend with the family

  5. First visit to Panera, Chelmsford, MA. Ordered Asian Salad which should have had 6 or 7 ingredients – what I got was Romaine lettuce, wonton strips, very little dressing. So disappointing and with a group of women who were shocked to see such a dull looking salad

  6. I was standing in a line. All the sudden. I saw an associate’s hand waving with a BIG smile trying to get my attention. I didn’t realized I was next. I told her I am a deaf. She was so sweet. She made me feel so welcome. she’s so patient, and (still smiling) I can’t wait to come back next time to see that sweet associate again.

I’M going to tell all my deaf best friends that Panera Bread in My town is deaf friendly.
