  1. We happened to visit cafe 3567 two times today and was lucky enough to have Christine wait on us both times. In spite of the crowd Christine made us feel welcome and treated us like we were her only customers. Congratulations to her.

  2. I love coming to Panera, food is so good all the time! Only trouble is that my husband cannot come there anymore after he was diagnosed with Celiac disease. He has to stay gluten free for the rest of his life. So many people have been diagnosed with it and wished that Panera would accommodate the celiac diseased customers. Thanks for listening! Love your food!!

  3. The food was great, but the restaurant was dirty. Someone needed to get some hot soapy water, and give the place a good cleaning. The beverage area had sticky stuff all over it. There were sugar granular everywhere. Although the place wasn’t crowded, we were hard pressed to find a clean table. The cashier dropped my change, and he just stared at me. I like the food, but it was sad to see one of your stores so dirty and unkempt. It made me wonder what goes on in the back if nobody cares what the area looks like that the customers can’t see.

  4. July 7, 2012 my husband and I ordered two cappucinos for dining inside and have been told more than once that Panaers policy is to serve the drinks in a mug not paper cup. We greatly prefer a mug so asked the server, Kristin, to please make it in a mug. With not a word spoken, just a dirty look, she poured the drinks into mugs and handed them to my husaband, –Management needs to get the rules straight and inform all employees so that service will be consistent.

  5. I absolutely love Panera. Best place to get healthy food and fast. The price is somewhat affordable but worth it.
