  1. Café 3176 in Thousand Oaks must be the standard that other stores are measured against because in the 3 yrs or so I’ve been coming here they have never missed a beat on consistency. Consistent in those areas listed on one of your initial screens: quality, accuracy, cleanliness, friendliness (there may be more). Every person working there presents themselves with a sincere smile, a look in the eye, and a professional approach. A routine can be taught but the sincerity and friendly professional approach comes from faith and belief in what your management is teaching. I have at times mentioned Francisco and Anival on how well they run this store and the people they train. It is obvious to me their leadership and training has a wonderful and direct impact on their staff which transcends to what you probably call the positive dining experience. I would ask that you please acknowledge all crew for their efforts. I observed Francisco waiting on tables and greeting the customers. Francisco served us today .Pleased with the excellent service. Best place to eat in Thousand Oaks.

  2. Panera is great! Your breakfast breads look great, but would be soooooo… much better warmed in a real oven [microwave makes them tough and is this what your devoted public really want? I think not!]

  3. I love going to Panera, The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. I feel good spending my money there since i know they are faithful in sharing with others at the end of the day. Thank you Panera for those wonderful Pumpkin bagels!!

  4. Love having lunch at your restaurant. It’s pleasant,cozy and feels like home. The food is great! You always have very nice employees working for you and today I met a helper by the name of Gail who went out of her way, seeing I was going to take food home she went and brought the box for my sandwich and a bag to put it into. She was vey pleasant and very helpful. Just another reason for going to Panera.

  5. The Panera Bread in Dumfries is very popular! When I arrived at 7:50, the line was all the way back to the door and it moved very quickly. I was placing my order in less that 10 minutes, very impressive! The food was great and worth the wait.

  6. I spend considerable time at Panera Bread, mostly your latest location on Peach St. Erie, PA. My (our) experience in every respect has been excellent, especially the friendliness of all the personnel

  7. Paneras do differ in quality. The one in Newton Centre had a really bad bathroom problem one visit, and also on several other visits the staff, seemed Green, as in not knowing how to prepare the foods, and this was annoying and necessitated bringing the food back. But, other Paneras have had great staffing, and cleanliness so it’s a mixed bag. We go a LOT and enjoy the one in the Derby Street Mall in Hingham, in particular and the one near the Arsenal Mall in Watertown.

  8. I regularly visit the Panera Fresno on Shaw for breakfast. Each time I am greeted with a smile. It brightens my day. Also, its nice to see employees who enjoy there job and feel comfortable enough to be themselves. I’m not sure how the leadership has created this family unit. That is the main reason why I enjoy going here.
