The customer service is second to none and the food is just like we like it we love the surroundings and the customer service was great!!Quality is always good.I will like to thank Anival,Kevin ,Bradshaw and Ivette for the service we received on this date. My wife favorite place to eat.Great coffee too.

  2. Love Panera. I’ve only had 1 negative experience with an order taker. The manager resolved the problem to my satisfaction with excellence in customer service. The food quality is the best for my growing teenager avoiding fried foods.

Francisco at the Thousand Oaks Cafe #3176, does a superior job of customer service.All the employees are hard workers and they are excellent also.They keeps us coming back time after time even though many other dining options are in the area.This particular day Rebecca, Ivette Nicole, Maria and Esperanza took care of us.   5. I’m usually in the Grand Blanc, MI store at least twice a week and have never experienced a negative experience with either the staff for food. Barb, I’m greeted by name and the regular staff simple ask if I’m getting the usual Tonya
