  1. Very disappointed in the quality of the pastries that I purchased. They were old and dried out. They should have been tossed out or sold as day old.

  2. We have been to three different stores in the last month where they were out of baguettes at dinner time around 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Very disappointing. You can go to any restaurant and get ia good salad, however Panera always has good bread, so we have chosen to go to Panera.

  3. #4625 struggles with getting it right. Ordered Greek salad with dressing on the side , and a whole grain baguette. Received salad drenched in dressing with french baguette.

  4. Café 3344 in Tampa must be the standard that other stores are measured against because in the 5 yrs or so I’ve been coming here they have never missed a beat on consistency. Consistent in those areas listed on one of your initial screens: quality, accuracy, cleanliness, friendliness (there may be more). Every person working there presents themselves with a sincere smile, a look in the eye, and a professional approach. A routine can be taught but the sincerity and friendly professional approach comes from faith and belief in what your management is teaching. I have at times mentioned to Linda and Brian on how well they run this store and the people they hire and train. It is obvious to me their leadership and training has a wonderful and direct impact on their staff which transcends to what you probably call the positive dining experience or something like that. I would ask that you please acknowledge both of them for their efforts. FYI I am Pick 2 Chicken Cesear salad w/xtra chicken and Chicken wild rice soup standard but I had and enjoyed the SW flatbread with blackbean soup and I would get it again.

  5. Love to eat at Paneras. Not one close to home but visit every time I go to see my kids. Cup of soup[broccoli & cheese- my favorite!] & half a sandwich is just PERFECT for me. Also need to purchase pastry for home! ALWAYS a lovely experience! LAUREN did a great job. #551490 Valparaiso, In.

  6. panera cafe 3972 in Voorhees,NJ is great always friendly. Kathy, manager always stops by to see if we need anything. we enjoyed our sunday morn. get together at panera’s.

  7. Karen at the Sunset Hills, MO location does a superior job of customer service. Her friendly smile keeps me coming back time after time even though many other dining options are in the area.
    Thanks,
    Bill

  8. My family and I were in Panera Bread on 4/23/13 and asked for apples with our meal. We asked them to cut them up for us. When we got them, they looked awful, bruises, seeds, and they looked like they had been hacked with a dull knife. They were not edible and we took them home to feed the deer.
Shame on them at Panera. Some of our group were from out of town and it was embarrassing.
