  1. Panera in Yorkville, Illinois, is fast (at least everytime i have been there) very polite and they will sometimes help with an additional shot of espresso when i need it. Thanks Yorkville panera staff.

  4. We were at our farvorite eating place at Concord Mills, NC …store 0852. And for the first time we had the opportunity to sample the new menu items.
    WOW! Were we impressed!
    The usual hopsitality was there, with Manager Mark Boswell, Linda, Victoria, Angie,Hennie — the whole good bunch. They make dining a pleasure!

  5. We visit Holland OH store number 1157 weekly and am always greeted by the best cashier Chelsea!! She makes the whole experience wonderful! Thanks Chelsea for always welcoming our loud crazy group I girls 🙂

  7. I get coffee every morning at the Panera in The Villages. Our community has approx. 105 thousand residents and the people at our Panera keep everything moving efficiently and coffee makers full. Love it!!!

  8. We have been going to our Panera Cafe #4167 for a couple of years and recently have noticed a deterioration in the upkeep of the cafe. Tables that were cleaned almost constantly during a visit are no
    longer being cleaned on any type of a schedule. For instance, during our latest visit, no one came around during the first 40 mins. of our stay. The coffee used to be replaced approximately every hour. Today, a coffee that was put out at l0:10 wasn’t replaced until 11:45. We like HOT coffee, not lukewarm. This has been happening for a couple of months and personally, we are beginning to tire of it. As much as we love your coffee it would not make us happy to leave Panera and go elsewhere. (We don”t mean Starbucks because we do not like it at all) Also, the last several times we were there, the line to purchase was near the enterence doors, and there was only ONE cashier working. There was a “Manager” in evidence, but was not “available”. I hope these items are reviewed in the next day or so, we don’t want to go elsewhere for our AM coffee.
