I always enjoy going to Panera bread with my sisters. I live in texas,one sister lives in Georgia & the other one in Columbia, SC. When we get together we go out for breakfast & especially love the cinnamon crunch bagel. Columbia is my favorite place. Everyone is friendly, and always try to please.

It was my first time, now I know that we have great bakery next to our house! Nice place! Great food, awesome coffee!
The young lady (Jessica) who waited on me at the carry-out counter was so friendly and courteous. She made me feel so special. She even took the time to say goodbye and to wish me a good day. I look forward to seeing her again.
And, oh yes, the soup (black bean) is excellent; and it was on the pick-up counter in minutes.

I go to the panera bread, bishops corner west hartford ct. Every morning. The staff is simply the best ,Dwayne,Dwight ,Rhonda, tanja, are all the best. Sorry if I can’t remember a name but everyone is very friendlyand go out of their way to accommodate .this is the first time I have ever filled out a survey,but wanted to give recognition to such good people.
love Panera, food, atmosphere etc……on this occasion the “assistant Manager” asked what I would like and before I responded she continued a hilarious conversation with another employee and customer, turned to me and I started to give my order and she again continued her “hilarious” conversation with another employee and customer……..this is not good……pr…………..I spoke to her about it and she didn’t take my critique too well……took half my order and that was that……I finished giving my order and she took it and smiling through clenched teeth…….again not good …….pr……..thank you
How is it that the Bradenton FL location always seems to be out of Mac n cheese or regular baguette bread? My daughter loves the bread with her Mac n cheese and chicken noodle soup. Tonight they were out of the baguette and had only whole grain to offer. Maybe I was at Panera tonight instead of Panera Bread.
