  1. You really hit it out of the ballpark with the tomato soup/grill cheese combo. While we were eating I looked around and saw 3 other tables in our section with the same order. Great comfort food.

  2. My husband, Steve, and I visited a Tulsa store near our home after Christmas shopping last night. As usual we had the broccli soup and turkey sierra sanwich and loved them. When paying for our dinner, Steve inadvertingly left his wallet on the counter! Your employees, Nicole and Lindsey found it immediately and returned it to him. We were so thankful. We love everything about Panera Bread and always enjoy our visits. Keep up the good work!

  3. Our experience at Panera is always terrific. Many restaurants/food establishments that have a high volume of guests skimp on customer service BUT NOT Panera. A group of friends, my husband and I visit our local Panera almost every Saturday and each time we come away feeling satisfied and well taken care of. Especially the customer service is thoughtful even though they are very busy.

    Thank you Panera Bread!!!!!

  4. The New Hyde Park, NY restaurant seems to have a problem with organization. Sometimes I wait while the one cashier works on an order that was called in. Also, some of the cooks don’t put the eggs on first. If I am the first to order eggs, I find that that is when trhey put on the eggs. Even though they have been open, they were busy chopping things. For some reason, on the 28th I ordered an asiago bacon egg cheese and had to throw it out because when I went to eat it, it was filled with pepper. To give you an idea, I opened the sandwich and one side was completely black from the pepper. The next day I asked for a bagel and cream cheese because I couldn’t wait for the cook to wake up. I got the bagel, but no cream cheese. I was charged for it.

I’ve given up. Too slow for those who leave early. And, the pepper thing and the cream cheese mistake indicates to me that Panera is not for the working person in the morning!!!

  5. I visit the Wakefield RI store frequently, and find the service and the food to be excellent each time!

  6. My husband & I stopped for coffee & dessert; I had a stale bear claw & my husband had the brownie. The brownie must have sat there for days. He threw it away . . . you could beat it with a fork & it wouldn’t leave a dent!!! Very disappointing. You should have reduced prices for old items to let people know that they are not fresh.

  7. Kudos Panera For Tina who waited on me this week. She was so kind and efficent. Left a lasting impression on me.
