  1. My husband and I just finished eating dinner. My husband ate a sandwich that he didn’t order but said it was good and I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The bowl was half full and there wasn’t enough noodles to even cover the bottom of the bowl. It had 1 piece of chicken in it. The soup comes with bread; the bread was actually just tossed in bag with no wrapping of any kind. We were very disappointed with our experience and quickly recalled why we don’t frequent your establishment.

  2. my husband and i went to panera in dbr, hgts, today at 3:15 pm for soup. two seats available either in the sun or piled high with newspapers. the seats were filled with wfi people and so you lost a sale, we bought bread and went home. don’ you think you should have some sort of regulation as to how long your free wfi can we used? i have been there in the morning and have seen people in booths using wfi and not having anything to eat or drink. hope you can correct this situation.

  3. We first visited Panera today and were very pleased!! We loved the cozy atmosphere and how you could sit down and they would bring you your meal. Plus the food was excellent. Great comfort food.

  4. I’ve alway received great customer service every time. I’ve enter your stores across the country and love your broccoli soup.

  5. My husband and I are at Panera every morning. We are retired and look forward to starting our day there. Everyone is kind and treats you with respect. They even asked my opinion on how to display the outside tables with the bread and rolls. Thank you , thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!

  6. I go every morning to panera in vienna and I really like the food and the costumer service, the people who work there are so friendly, I like when they call me by my name hehehh, jhanett its so kind cashier! I love panera!
