We came into Panera’ s at 8:10 AM and coffee made at 7:00 was still available. Didnot bring out the fresh coffee until 8:45. Will go to the competition from now on.
I first went to Panera when I was in FLorida visiting my daughter. I am so happy that you opened the Deptford, NJ facility because there is nothing close to my home in Philadelphia.

I luv Panera. Today is my first time coming in for bkfst. Although I don’t mind paying $4 for a sandwich I prefer it to be a whole sandwich which is not what I got today.
Was in with the family for dinner on my birthday and received a free desert. We were back last night for dinner rather late and the urn with Hazelnut coffee was empty. Waited for a server to get it for me from the kitchen. I twas worth the wait because it goes wel with the delicious food.
We love Panera’s. Buy a dozen bagels for the freezer to enjoy the rest of the week. The bakery goods are wonderful and the egg bagels are great. Sitting inside or out with a cup of coffee and a treat makes our day. Keep up the good work. Our Panera is very convenient to us. Pleasant people to wait on us.
I visited your Panera store on 9/29/12 the service is always great. I have dinner their every Saturday night. A lady by the name of Jeanie always has a smile on her face and treats me well.The store is in newton ct. store # 1106 It is the best Panera store everyone that works their is so friendly and very accomedating.
My family enjoys bread and Panera surely makes it a pleasure to visit, Never mind Mc Donald or Burger King. My 3 year grandson recognizes the Panera sign from afar and points to it.I guess he likes it too.Thank you Panera
