Just came back from having a great lunch. The line was almost out of the door. But everyone, staff wise, responded accordinly and service moved right along. Food GREAT! Turkey artichoke sandwich, pesto soup – for me – wife: fugi apple salad, chicken salad on rye, etc.
Manager Mark Boswell on the spot as usual and he never misses an opportunity to welcome people even though he and the other staff are busy, busy.!
Panera B. is our mainstay for eating out. And we enjoy telling people in our retirement community about this place at Concord NC Mills.

I love Panera – gonna miss the Poppyseed/strawberry/chicken salad!
I do have a complaint – since customers have to bus their own dishes & trash, there should be either wet wipes and/or hand sanitizer there for us to get the crud off our hands! Bathrooms are usually towards the back of the store & it’s not time wise a good thing to have to go back to the rear of the store to wash your hands after bussing your own dishes.
