Live the Hawaiian bread & the home made chips. It’s taken Arby’s to a whole new level in fast food
Payed for cheddar cheese instead of swiss on my hawaiian king roast beef on 5/26/13 but didn’t get it at store D2055.
Went to drive thru, ordered a 1/2 gal sweet tea, plus other stuff had to pull up, got my food, but not my tea, didn’t realize that fact till I got home, called the number on the receipt but no answer. that was a waste of $3.00
We like the meal deal, and the homemade chips.
Cashier very confused concerning order and charged twice for one item. This problem was corrected. Curly fries were almost burnt. One of employees was eating curly fries out of basket behind the counter. No salt/pepper was available and when asked about it was told it was “not good for you”. Food was good when it was finally received. Cashier did not know how to make change.
