How to Enter the REVS Entertainment Centre Customer Survey – http://survey.revs.ca

Entering the REVS guest survey is simple. With your survey card in hand, start by visiting http://survey.revs.ca and select the REVS Bowling & Entertainment Centre Survey. Next, type in your email address and the card number on your survey card. Here you can also select the REVS centre you visited. Click start. Continue by entering personal details such as your name, phone number, date of visit, address, city and zip code. Now you will be able to answer questions and rate statements about your most recent experience at REVS. Once you have completed the survey, you will receive a gift certificate via email. Present this certificate, along with your survey card, to receive a free game of bowling.
