I was in last Sunday for a battery replacement. In the past, Sears always did a charging system evaluation. No such service was provided this time as I had to replace my alternator on Tuesday. In addition to that, the terminal clamps were not cleaned at all. They were covered with corrosion as was the battery tray. I am not likely to return to Sears for auto service in the future.
My recent experience at Sears Auto Service in Plaza las Americas in Puerto Rico was a total disappointment. I don’t think I”ll never go back to that place ever.
