My wife and I really like the shopping at Kroger and the employees are very courteous and helpful.
We like the “New” store very much, but would love it even better if we had a “Gas Station” of Freddies here in town. That surely would increase their sales even more and help the rest of us with the purchase of gas……..

I would like to tell you about a great experience I had while at the Fry’s Store at 11425 W. Buckeye Rd. 623-907-6160 on 6/15/13. I saw the Kroger Maraschino Cherries on sale and there were only two left on the top shelf and pushed way back where I could not reach. I went to a cashier and asked if someone could help me. Before she could respond an eager young man named Alex offered to help me. He got me what I wanted down from the shelf and asked if there was anything else I needed. I feel he went above and beyond to help a customer. I told the Supervisor Jobe about the awesome customer service experience I had. Jobe gave me the email address to put in this notice and said this employee would receive a gift card. Please reward this young man for his hard work and effort to make my shopping experience outstanding. I will return to this store and continue to tell people about Alex. Thank You.
I really like to shop at Fry’s early in the mornings, when there are not so many people in the store and all the shelves are full. It is a pleasurable experience to shop at leisure. No long lines at checkout and employee’s
are bright and good morning friendly.
Another thing is watching the Kroger line of products grow offering us quality products at reasonable prices when the cost of groceries by major
suppliers continues to grow. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

At the Lompoc Foods Co., I received excellent service in the produce department by a tall African-American young man and especially by Ruben who is always courteous, helpful with a big smile and hard ay work. All the checkers are also very polite and are fast with their job, especially one lady whose name tag read ‘Robyn’. By the time I had my last item out of the cart, she had my total. Amazing!
I visit Kroger whenever in Ann Arbor to buy items unavailable in Chelsea, MI, where I live. The store inventory is incredible!
There was a problem with one of the items I purchased at your store. I phoned the store, explained the problem to the store manager, Jesse, and he was very professional and efficient in solving the problem. Because of his professionalism, I will remain a Food 4 Less customer.
