I have been living here in Little Rock only 2 months. I had been to other supermarkets that were closer to home and I thought the prices were great. Then one day I was taken to Kroegers on Baseline and wow…I was simply blown away. Not only was everyone of the employees I came in contact with very friendly but very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I visited the store again today and the cashier named Deborah was very friendly and professional. I am now going to frequent Kroegers more often because their prices can’t be beat! Thank you Deborah for making me feel at home.

I had to fill an order at your Kroger pharmacy on Epps Bridge road in Athens, GA. The pharmacist that assisted me was Kevin Hammond. He did not have the “name brand” drug on hand, but did have the generic version. He made several calls trying to locate the drug. I was so impressed with his efforts that I decided to just purchase the generic brand at his store. I just wanted to do business with that kind of “professionalism” He makes to want to do shop at his pharmacy. Thank you for hiring a guy like Kevin.
I visited your store #717 in Rancho Cucamonga California today. I had ordered deli sandwiches. The person who helped me was great! Her name is Mary. I am in the retail business and I appreciate courteous service! She was friendly, she had my large sandwich order ready and packaged beautifully with all of the condiments ready to go! Please let her know that I appreciated her help! She was wonderful!
I love Kroger…I have shopped with this company for over 30 years. Great customer service by all depts. The best prices and I can even load coupons on my card. Also love the fact that I can get gas while I am there. What more can you ask for….
Very nice store. Everyone is very helpful. Close to home and they have everything I need. I do wish they would put the new Ocean Spray Sparkling Cranberry drink down on a lower shelf. It is on the very top shelf and I am just average hight and cannot reach any of the drink except the first 2 on the very front. I always have to find someone to help me get all I need.
