Our Kroger is the best, helpful, always there to assist. The pharmacy has the best pharmacist and staff I have ever seen. They call you by name, always glad to help and go out of their way to be top notch in customer assistance. They deserve all the praise, because again they are outstanding in customer service.

Eleanor Webb, a sweet little lady that works for Kroger on Hall Road in Maryville/ Alcoa,Tennessee is so nice and helpful and always just a joy when you go through her register. She is courteous,kind and very sweet to everyone. I just love her and I always look for her to go through her register. She is an elderly lady and I hope you do something nice for her to let her know people really appreciate her kindness. This little lady deserves a raise and I hope she gets it.
