Love the kroger dont know what we would do with out it it means alot to us
There is usually always someone on the floor to assist you finding things.
George in the Beach St. (Ft. Worth, Texas) Pharmacy is the best. In fact we travel 20 miles to get our medicines because he cares!!!
I shop at Store #505. The employees are very friendly, including the Manager,Scott .
The store is always very clean and in order.
Constructive criticism.
In your efforts to try to please all the people
all the time by having so many brands of a product,
there times when a particular is not due to a limited
of that product.
This is true with meats on sale also.
Maybe it is because you have open or enlarged so
many stores in the Richmond Metro Area, but have
not enlarged you warehouses that support them.
The only other area of crticism I have is I feel that I am force to buy Kroger Products when I perfer another brand (etc.Imatation Flavoring for cakes).
You know I love Kroger or I would take the time to do this.

Just went Krogering and saved a lot today
Product selection and service cannot be beat at Kroger.
Krogers has been our main store for shopping for many years. We get our prescriptions there and the employees know us by name before we tell them,
same with other departments. Always a smile greets us. The choices of products is far more then other stores.
Kroger at 9114 Camp Bowie, Fort Worth,TX has super Customer Service at the pharmacy. My order is always ready (as I call it in prior to going to pick it up). They are friendly and efficient . I have had problems at other pharmacies with poor service and attitude. I applaude this Kroger and than Tricia for my last vist of excellence.

I find the personnel at self-check out lanes very helpful. Kroger responds to requests for products I suggest they stock. Also like the gas pump connection to help keep fuel cost down for me.
