This visit was added to my grocery shopping. I made 1 quick stop to grab a couple scratch offs, which I rarely do. I just was feeling good from shopping, and I could not believe I won $35 !! Best shopping day ever! !
I was in store 418 on June 20th to pick up perscription. I felt light-headed,fatigued,and was having a problem catching my breath. I tried the automated blood pressure machine twice but it would not register. Alene Jones ‘took the bull by the horns, got a cuff and took my bl. pressure. 220/110. Said I am calling you an ambulance and you are going to the emergency room. She called and insisted they come immediately. They did. The post script is after being on 3 different medications, I am fine. However!!! Did Alene save my life ? YES, she did. She was incredible and I will, of course, always be indebted to her. She is a major assset. So much training and experience. The classic definition of AN ANGEL APPEARING.

I am your long-time customer. I think that Karol your associate is an excellent member of your team, one of the best. Overall I like to shop in Kroger, everyone is very nice and friendly. The food is good quality. Also, I like to compliment the associate in fish dpt. Unfortunately I don,t know his name. He has mustache and he is middle age and middle built.The pharmacy staff is also excellent. They are very helpful and courteous. One very early morning one of them assisted in a crisis situation. So, thank you all of you for such a good service.

I just spent $120.00 in your Santa Monica store on Cloverfield. I went to the coffee stand and after several minutes of waiting while the girl was talking on her cell phone, I asked if she was open and she looked at me in disgust only to say “no, I’m at lunch”. Extraordinarily rude and unnecessary treatment. As far as the rest of the store, always a great selection and professional service.
Ron Johnson, an employee of the Arlington, Tn. store, was so helpful in the parking lot when I needed help on 6/29/12. The temperature was over 100 and he didn’t mind at all.
He also cleans the store I understand. It is the cleanest Kroger I have ever seen. What a great representation for Kroger to have an asset such as Mr. Johnson.
