I have been with Banfield Pet Hospital for about 15 yrs now. I started in the Saratoga, NY branch, moved to SC, went to the branch in Greenfield & then to Anderson. Moved back to NY & went back to the Saratoga branch. No matter what branch I went to I was always treated very well with compassion, understanding, & an understanding of what was going on with my pets. They were always so helpful & courteous. People ask why I travel so far for a vet & my reply is because they are wonderful there & is so worth the trip. By the way I now live in Amsterdam, NY. When I started I lived in Gloversville, NY. The 2 dogs I had have passed away now but the new ones are with Banfield.
I started the plan when my dog Bella was a puppy!Shortly after I started with Banfield my two boys had Bella out for a walk and she was bit by a snake.I rushed her in and they took such good care of her and saved my dogs life!No charge at all…
Every visit to Banfield is such a treat for me and Tyson. Tyson gets so much love from the staff. They are excellent!!
A good experience today. Great vet and NO wait.
We had Molly in for a check up,shot, and heart worm pills today.Treated very well but computer system down and it took forever to get past the counter.Left with no receipt after being told that our visit cost 5031.00. Should have been 50.31. Got Molly home and everything seems fine! Maybe next visit will go along more smoothly!
We brought Chloe in to get her first teeth cleaning today. I know that we were more nervous than she was, however the staff was friendly and professional as always and everything went well. We are all resting comfortably tonight and look forward to showing off her new pearly whites tomorrow. Nothing like an Olde English Sheepdog with a beautiful smile.

I had to bring my dog to the Banfield in Springfield Oregon, I am visiting my sister so I was worried I wsas going to have to drive her back home to her vet, I called several different Vets office in the Springfield Area and they all pretty much gave me the run around. When I found this one they told me to bring her on in and they would take a look at her ear. This is the best Vet I have ever taken any of my animals too! If they were to have one in my town I would be switching vets docs asap! Thank you again for helping my Sissy Dog!
