I have had many dogs and seen many veterinarians. Dr Wilding at the Banfield in Nashua NH was by far the most caring and intelligent doctor I have ever had! She went over and above to take care of our dog and I can’t thank her enough for she did. I see how hard the techs work in the Nashua hospital and hope this company recognizes it because I do. Dr Wilding is moving to New Mexico in June and will be missed here. Banfield in New Mexico sure are lucky to be getting her!
everyone was great. the place was very clean and had cute pictures on the walls and rooms. the staff was very helpful and eased my nervousness. my dog Brittany did very well. the techs were caring and showed my dog lots of love. I will be returning in the future. Brittany loves her outings to the petsmart store.
Banfield in Naples, FL is outstanding. Very friendly and wonderful to my little dogs. I especially enjoy talking to Kitty.
today I got a 6 months tratment Comfortis for Minnie my little dog I got home, and surprise! only 5 tables inside the box, I call the shop right away but they were close already I need to get the missing pill, b ecause I paid $80.00 for six pills the Banfield Hospital always had good service for Minnie, I hope not to have problems fpr my complaint this time.
Banfield is a pet hospital very good and clean. They treat my dog very good.
the service is truly amazing I’m truly thankful for having so great care being given to our pets without Ban field we would not be able to afford the to truly care for our pets.
Banfield pet hospital is the best hospital around. I save money every time I take my pet. the employees are always nice,& the hospital is always clean.
Visit 5-20-13 for recall on heartworm meds . I was not at all satisfied with visit. Hooter our dog had taken last dose of a six month supply 5-5-13. I had received a letter this month after last dose was taken that the meds had been recalled, so I took him in for the blood test, which turned out neg. I was not informed about what to do. Did he need another dose? I asked if they would replace the meds I had bought and was told that she would check with her boss and give me a call that afternoon. I never recieved any call. I had also increased my insurance payment to include monthly meds. I will cancel that today and am considering canceling insurance.
