Went today at 10:00AM for brawny daily special and it was GONE. Tried to buy an apple ring that is on sale this coming week, and there were NO updated cakes, only expired dates. I informed bakery staff. I try to shop Shaws because it is near but am always disappointed and refuse to buy the rest of my order there.
I saved 9 % today,fed my family for the week. 9 % goes into the gas tank now. This helps with the all around cost of everyday living. I have never been disappointed by this chain.

I have shopped at Shaws, Gloucester MA, for years. The employes and check-out persons are always polite and helpful. The store is the right size–it has everything and you can find what you want quickly and easily. SW
This store is the right size, big enough to carry everything included specialty items and small enough to find everything quickly and easily. The fish and sushi department are great. The personnel are friendly and helpful. SW
It used to be “those nice people at Shaws.” Now, after years of shopping there, it’s “my Shaws friends recommended I buy this one.” They always steer me right.
The Shaws in Ipswich is excellent. I wish it had a salad bar though.
