I live in Ocala – love the Save a lot store – I thought it was a great idea to put a quarter in the basket and get it back when you are done.. I lived in the UK for many years and most of the stores had that same arrangement. GREAT IDEA !! No more dings in my car and no more carts all over the parking lot. Now I find out that because a few “miserable people” who are apparently too lazy to bring the cart back up wanted the quarter slots gone – they are now gone. It’s not like you don’t get your quarter back. Those are probably the same people who leave the carts roll up to other people’s cars and who just leave them all over the lot. Please bring back the quarter slots. !!!!!

Yes i agree about the carts look like people would want the carts out of the parking lot,help the employee from having to go out in the parking lot to bring them back .I appreciate the effort that Save A Lot take to try to please people.N
I like the shopping cart idea. Solves some problems.
It seems people quit leaving carts out in the parking lot where they bang into my car now that they have to return them to get their quarter back.

I love to shop at save-a-lot. The prices and quality of the food are unbeatable.The store is always clean and Nicely stocked. The staff are always curtious and friendly and great you with a smile. My deepest appreciation and thanks to all the staff at the save-a-lot in Crescent City Fl.
