Entering the Pier 1 survey could not be easier. With your receipt in hand, visit www.pier1.ca/feedback and click the ‘take survey now’ button. Then enter the 4-digit store code, printed on your receipt. Next, enter the two-digit register number as well as the transaction number. Select the date you last visited a Pier 1 store and indicate whether or not a sales associate approached you. Continue by rating statements about the sales associate, your overall satisfaction, the merchandise available and whether or not you were offered a Pier 1 Rewards Card. If you have any additional feedback, you may enter this in the box provided. Finally, fill in a few personal details such as your age, name, phone number and email address. These details are necessary to enter the sweepstakes, where you could win a $1,500 gift card!
