My visit to PepBoys was not so good. I was not given the results of the diagnostic check and was unaware that there was much more that needed to be serviced. I was driving home and noticed the battery light and the brake light was on. I made it home but when my son drove to my moms house the car stalled and he had to push it home. I told the manager that we the customers rely on the advice and expertise of Pepboys staff. I was under the impression that my car was in good driving condition. What if I caused an acccident and hurt someone or what if I got hurt. I hope this comment helps the staff realize that their customer service is very important.
I live in Dayton,Ohio, and pep boys#269..jst have to say Terry and Pete are so welcoming and always reconize me and ask bout my 85 K5! Very friendly and make me feel welcomed. This past vist i went up to the check out and before i was even rung up, the cashier said how are you Martha! I said how did you remember my name? And Pat said my momma’s name is Martha.. Wow i am soo impressed! Too kool!..keep up the great service guys!!
