Farm Fresh is my main grocery and the pharmacy also. I find the clerks ,are friendly and helpful at farm fresh.

Store # 0198 is aweful. This store lacks customer service and the managers on duty, no matter the time or day, do not set any leadership nor standards to improve. I love the Farm Fresh at Haygood but this particular store #0198 in now way compares. With every visit to this store, the manager on duty is chatting with other employees as lines back up to their one lane open. Repeatedly, this is the case on many different visits. I can only conclude that this store lacks the proper management skills for scheduling and lacks leadership to set any sort of standards for customer service. The only reason why I return to this store is because I like the Pharmacy as the location and pharmacy wait time is convenient.

I do most of my shopping at Farm Fresh, I like senior days on Tuesday and Thursday and I like the Double and triple coupons.
