Great food all the time….consist!! Love it.
Long wait because of crowd, but it was worth the wait, good fast service and delivery of food by a great young man serving our table.
Our experience at cracker barrel tonight was awful. Waited for the host when finally the cashier asked if we had seen him yet,then she went and got him. After we were seated we sat there for a good 5-7 min. when another waitress said she didn’t know where ours was at but she offered and got our drink order. our waitress finally came over from where my husband had witnessed her talking to friends at a table. After we ordered which included a side salad which we never got until the full meal was brought, her answer was oh sorry I forgot! We also witnessed the kitchen staff playing around and throwing food at each other while also our food sat in the window and got cold while the girl was sweeping. The biscuits were also cold, we had to ask for butter and ask for a refill. this girl was awful, and we left NO tip!!! probably will not be back, this one is in Barboursville, wv.
We decided to eat out for lunch and it was like a zoo trying to find a parking place so we left. We decided to try for supper and the place was still very busy, but we stayed and waited. I looked through the store as we waited to be seated. It was so tight because of all the people waiting to be seated.Things were knocked off to the floor and the customer didn’t pick them up, i did so not to step on them. I ordered the trout dinner it was a little thin and dry than I would of cooked it, but good. The sides are smaller, I don’t believe there were 4 teaspoonful of rice on my plate and the carrots, there were only 6. My husband said his meal was fine. Since I wasn’t full, we decided on a piece of your no sugar apple pie to top off our meal delicious!!
I also love Cracker Barrel for any meal. They are affordable and good. I love shopping in the store part. I do find it a bit more expensive but the quality is excellent. Mary

The survice was great the food was great the manager even came over and asked us how everything was you don’t get that kind of comitment. at any other place the waitress Jamie A gave us great survice thanks for the great food and keep it up
