My husband and I had the pleasure of being checked out by one of your associates at the Trussville store. I believe Shelby was her name…she was in the men’s department. She was the most pleasant sales associate I have ever encountered. Since there was only one pair of the pants we purchased in my husband’s size, she offered to order additional items for him but there was a question about the colors ofered so he declined. Anyway, this young lady went above and beyond and should be commended for her shining example to other sales associates as well as her great representation of Belk’s.
I was very pleased with the sales person in the shoe dept. today. She went out of her way to find the shoes I wanted and not many people would do that these days. I was very impressed even though she was extremely busy she did take the time to help. Her name is Marie and she was very knowledgeable.

Today 6/25/13 I was in Belks in Valdosta, GA. was helped by Samantha Morgan, she really touched my heart. Helped me with a return and purchased perfume. She was one of the nices people that I have ever meet. I give her a 5 for her help.
