Rigo has always been helpful to me and has always been in a good mood when I’m in the market. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him when he wasn’t smiling. And I really appreciate that when I’ve had a long, hot, hard day at work.
the albertsons store in albany oregon is the only one in our area. they carry products that other stores dont. a friendly store.
Service was fast and friendly as it always is no matter which employee is assisting me.
i like the fact that albertsons hires our challenged youth, we have a deaf and mute person working at our store, he’s a great worker,polite and everyone likes his sense of humor.

wht give a code number for you listens program when you claim iti sthe wrong number!! been with albertsons snince it began in my area Mountain Ave service fantastic but your code numbers are not as listed on your listens for a hundred dollar gift card
have been with Albertsons since you opened on Mt. ave..you give a code for your hundred dollar gift crd BUT you claim the code number is incorrect but tit is the one on my receipt store 6590 each time i try to enter you claim the no. is incorrect????!!
Best of everything…helpful clerks always take to to show locations .Pharmcists…to assist me…Meat clerks to cut a piece of meat, get seafood Store Manager to answer questions ..cash my checks and the best Deli ever. I am very pleased with my Centennial Albertsons.
My experience today was okay. I was looking at the table in the bakery that had buy one get one signs all over it. As I was about to make my selection of 2 items, I noticed a small ad hanging off of the price sign that read that cake slices were bogo. Nothing about cookies. There were signs by the cake slices but also on the next level. I saw the lady putting out apples so I asked her. She said it looks like the cookies are on sale and added, let me check in bakery. The lady from bakery comes out and says “no” just the cake, didn’t you see the ad. Note- the ad was probably 1 inch by 1inch. Yes I saw the ad, but the presentation is misleading, your own fellow employee thought they were on sale. She nodded to her yes. But it is plain she says that it is just the top level. I said to her that it was not. As I walked away to the next aisle, I heard the produce associate suggest that she should change the display. She refused. The produce associate suggested to remove the signage- she refused. She suggested to her to just move the cookies that were around the table and the signs were touching. She refused again. By this time I was out of hearing range. The lady from produce was very professional as well as the young lady who checked me out – very friendly and the gentleman in customer service too.
I love may Albertsons on 25th & Western. All the employees are great. Suzy, Cathy, & Pat are great and always very helpful.
