I love all of their books everytime I pass by a Barnes & Noble I just want to skim through all the books and read through each and every single one thank you Barnes & Noble for selling these amazing books from such AMAZING AUTHORS!!
I love BN they have every book even if I dont think so.I think the books are the right price. They are doing a good job.The books are filled with every thing.I am do glad they give you a choice of hard cover or paper back.I think they might have to improve in the pack of series of books. I could right a lot more but I have to read my books I just got.
I’ve been to Barnes and Noble on several occasions and used the information/reception desk. I ask very simply for what I am looking for and each time, I get insulted because I can’t always remember the authors name. I had a stroke, so my memory is off but I remember the content information. Your staff should be trained to speak to the handicapped. They come across as snobs even though the disabilty can’t be seen. They should be more patient.
I went to the help desk trying to find a book and she knew right where it was at. She was polite and showed me the different options to choose from. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for books. Thank you for your customer service and friendly employees,
I love Barnes and Nobles. I love exploring, looking at the books then the challenge of picking one out. The staff is very helpful in helping me find the things i need. Though I could say they could be a little more enthusiastic. Barnes and Nobles is one of my favorite places to be, it makes me feel comfortable and leave happy with a book in my hand.

I love Barns and Nobles. When I walk into Barns and Nobles I am there for along time to decide which book to pick because there are so many books and they are all such great books. The staff is very kind and very helpful. I love Barns and Nobles there is not any book store that is better that I can think of ! Barns and Nobles is a GREAT book store!
I have been going to Barnes & Noble for as long as I can remember! Each visit the staff has been very gracious and kind towards me. Barnes and Nobles has an amazing selection of books, the first time I went, I never had seen so many books in my life! Reading is a huge part of my life, and without Barnes and Noble I never would have imagined myself even picking up a book. I love Barnes & Noble so much I know it as if it is my own home. When I found out many Barnes & Noble stores would be closing I was shocked and saddened thinking I would never get a chance to go to my second home again(Barnes & Noble). Luckily a Barnes & Noble fairly close to my house was left open. I was very thankful and knew I could still buy books at my favorite store in the universe. Once I pick up a book I can never put it back and I am attached to it for hours, thanks to the great recommendations the staff members gave me. So on that note, Barnes & Noble will always be a huge part of me! Barnes & Noble is the best!
The clerk at the checkout was very pleasant and helpful. He made sure that I was taking care off.
