i visited the jack in the box store6021 in the idahofalls area i was overcharged for the jalepenos by .49 . i was in the drive through and when questionin courtney about the price she just stated oh its really 1.49 not 1.00 for the 3 of them.the manager was standin rite there and looked angry that id questioned this. youd think that these guys would at least appoligize or explain this a little better.
I visited the Jack in the Box in Kenewick, Washington on Clearwater yesterday 9-5-12, I was a little surprised to find it as crowded as it was. Not surprisingly the people inside weren’t customers, but friends of the staff, clowning around and making noise, joking etc. My food was ready within a few minutes. The curly fries (large order) were disgusting there were only 5 that even resembled curly fries and the rest looked like they had cleaned out the fry baskets and put them in my order.
I wasn’t quite sure which item was my All American burger and which was my milk shake as both were equally cold to the touch and taste. A very disappointing visit. I will not return to this location.
