i like going to the jack in the box because you have good people working for you, you have a man named Jonnie and he is very friendly and is very helpful. your food is better than other fast food places in Lemon Grove.

I first visited Jack in the box in 1997 in Houston TX when i was visiting there and enjoyed the food & the service….i was so excited 2 see that they were finally coming 2 Indianapolis !!!!! it’s been 15 years since i had JNTB food so i finally went early yesterday morning about 0430am went 2 the drive thru and their computers were in the process of switching over and it would be about 20 mins b4 they could take my order…but offered me 2 come in and use the self serve kiosk…wow i was i’mpressed with the self serve kiosk, i placed my order payed 4 it and waited 4 my food one of the employee’s came 2 me and said they had run out of bacon but offered bacon bits instead ????? ok i’m game….. then they couldn’t get the shake machine 2 work right ( but the on duty managers & crew leaders made sure i wasn’t disatisfied with my first trip 2 JNTB in 15 years in they’re debut in Indy) they gave me a free large soft drink and made me fresh hot french fries and a coupon 4 a free value meal on my next trip all i can say is this JNTB crew made a customer 4 life in me thank you Post Road crew 4 making me feel LIKE A V.I.P. HATS OFF 2 THEM…..THANKS JACK !!!!!
